Lead Dental Nurse
We are a private dental practice based in the centre of Derby, offering a range of cosmetic treatments including general care, Invisalign and Implants. As a long-standing Dental Practice, patient care is at the heart of what we do.
We have an exciting opportunity for qualified dental nurse, to take on the role as Lead Dental Nurse. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week including one Saturday per month on a rota basis).

We have three modern surgeries
The latest digital equipment including I/O scanners, I/O cameras, iTero and a CBCT/OPG.
We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable dentists and a friendly practice support team
About You
This is an important role with opportunities for personal progression. We are looking for:
A team player that leads by example
Someone who can work on their own initiative
You will have experience in stock control and clinical compliance tools
You must have a patient-first approach and possess excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Experience Required:
At least two years’ post-qualification experience (essential)
Radiography qualification (desirable, but we will invest in training for the right candidate)
Exemplary Leadership skills (essential)
Outstanding Organisational skills (essential)
Experience of private practice (desirable)
Experience of supporting dental implant placement (desirable, but training will be provided)
Good interpersonal skills (essential)
