We are extremely honoured to announce that Cavity are finalists in the 'Dental Team of the Year South' category for the Dental Awards 2018.
We launched a competition for staff to win a place round the table at the awards evening, to enter they needed to:
Write an acceptance speech for when we collect the award. - Because we are that sure that we are going to win!

It is with great honour and pride that I accept this award on behalf of the Cavity team; who have made it their priority to bring outstanding service and professionalism to our clients. Over the past 12 years we have built a reputation founded on quality and confidence. No one is perfect! But Cavity will continue to achieve high standards of Nursing care and always promise to meet the clients expectations! We try to be prompt, smart, diligent and on time!
This award has everyone’s name on it, from the office staff to management and the nurses of course...
The only thing to top this, is to win again next year!!!

Wow, this is amazing. What an incredible honour it is to be here tonight. I’m so grateful to be the recipient of this award on behalf of everyone who works for Cavity. I have to say, I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a team that are more deserving of it.
I have worked across so many practices, of which each and everyone makes us feel so welcome, thank you, to all of you, for your continued support. Although we work individually across the country every single day; in so many different places, with so many different people, we all rely on each other. We function as one.
I would like to say a big thank you to our Bookings team for their relentless hard work to provide rotas to each member of staff; liaising with all of our clients, and so much more on a daily basis. Without them we wouldn’t be as efficient as possible.
Thank you to our amazing, committed Area Managers, who work unforgiving and copious amounts of hours to provide us with a constant link between Head Office, and the nurses out in the field. Thank you also for being at the other end of the phone any time throughout the day to give us nurses support inside and outside of work.
Thank you to our Nurses for their dedication, flexibility and motivation to give our Clients the outstanding service that we, as a collective and an institution, pride ourselves on.
Last but most certainly not least, I would like to say a very big thank you to Sharon, for your commitment, enthusiasm and never-ending support. Without you, we would not be here today, receiving this award on your behalf. The company represents you, everything you stand for and every belief or value you hold close to your heart.
Without the work of every single person within Cavity Dental Staff, it would be impossible to achieve this award.

Thank you for the award for Dental Team of the Year, it was pretty obvious we were going to win because let’s be honest, we are the dental team of the year!
We have a fantastic team, with the best Managers, that have allowed this to happen. Every day our army of nurses are out with full petrol tanks or bus tickets in hand and smiles on their faces, ready to give their Dentists the best day of their life! Our brilliant management team; they wake up before the sun rises to take calls and to get the team moving. Their job is not easy and they act as a Manager, friend, life coach and personal diaries to so many nurses! They are the back bone of Cavity and make everything possible.
We work tirelessly to ensure the reputation of Cavity is sustained and the Client will choose us as their only provider, again and again.
Finally, the Bookings team. They are the ones that bridge the gap between the Practices and our Nurses and Management team. Providing exemplary customer service to all!
So, we’ll see you again next year, for our next award and every year thereafter!

It is with great pride and honour that I accept this award on behalf of the Cavity Dental Staff Agency team.
I have been with the company for just over 6 months now and in that time have travelled all over Somerset providing high quality dental nursing. I speak on behalf of all the nurses who are under the diligent leadership of Sharon Dunne, she saw the gap in the dental world that gave Cavity its name, and we provide excellent immediate cover for the many dental practices across the UK from down in Cornwall right up to Scotland.
I belong to such an amazing team of nurses looked after by my Area Manager in the South West - Lizzy. She is always readily available and we are all valued team players. Sharon herself has gone above and beyond to achieve incredible results of owning the largest and best dental nurse agency in the UK.
Practices, rest assured that when a Cavity Nurse arrives you have the benefits of an experienced dedicated and professional dental nurse to look after you for that day.
This is for the ever growing team CAVITY…..(rapturous applause and cheering followed by champagne!!! )
That is a lot of Cavity love right there. We couldn't do it without all of our fabulous nurses, wonderful Office team and Area Managers. Cavity is a family and we want everyone to know how appreciated they are always.
